Delicious Baby Bok Choy


  • Baby Bok Choy
  • Garlic
  • Yellow Pepper (slice in strips)
  • 1/2 of a Red onion
  • Thai Chili Garlic Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Coconut Oil


    • Drizzle a medium to large saucepan with coconut oil.
    • Chop garlic thin and add to pan.
    • Chop red onion and add to pan.
    • Sautee onion and garlic on medium heat until soft.
    • Add rinsed baby bok choy (ends cut off).
    • Season veggies generously with salt and pepper.
    • Add a spoonful of Thai chili garlic sauce.
    • Add a splash of soy sauce.
    • Stir all together on medium heat and add yellow pepper strips .
    • Stir again and Cover pan and turn down to low heat.
    • Allow about approximately 5 minutes to cook (depending on desired tenderness)
    • Serve and enjoy!!
