Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mango
  • Ginger
  • 1 banana
  • Protein Powder (optional)
  • Flaxseed (optional)
  • Almond Milk
  • Ice

    Directions

    1. Cut mango into chunks then add to blender.
    2. Cut a peeled chunk of ginger and add to blender.
    3. Add 1 banana.
    4. Add 1/2 cup of protein powder.
    5. Add a tablespoon of flaxseed.
    6. Fill blender about halfway with almond milk.
    7. Add ice.
    8. Blend and enjoy!!
