These past couple days in NYC have been chilly and bleak. Fall is here, but the color seems to be missing somewhere? I have noticed that many people around me have been affected by this change in weather. It is no secret that when the weather is gloomy, we can feel a bit blue. What I have found that helps me on days like this is to surround myself with bright vibrant colors. Today is a great day to give yourself that extra boost you need with this Berry Boost Smoothie!! I chose to make mine without ice to reduce the chill factor and I topped it off with cinnamon to add a little coziness. I hope this smoothie brightens your day!
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Kefir (can use yogurt)
- 1 cup water
- Handful of Oats
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I use Soylent)
- A Dollop of Honey
- Add all your ingredients to your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!!
